01What happens after the 14 day free trial?

On day 15, the chosen plan starts billing automatically at the listed monthly price. The card on file is charged. Cancellation before day 14 stops the trial with no charge.
02Can a plan be downgraded or cancelled mid-cycle?

Yes. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date; the current period stays active at the original tier. Cancellation stops auto-renewal immediately and access continues through the period that was already paid.
03Are annual plans available?

Annual plans are not yet listed publicly. Customers expecting to use Finntree for twelve months can request annual billing through Settings; a discount is applied case by case.
04Is there a refund policy?

If a product issue is preventing real use within the first 14 days of a paid month, contact support and a prorated refund is processed.
05Which payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Card data is never stored on Finntree servers; Stripe is the system of record for payment instruments.
